I have had my Bigpond Ultimate wireless broadband dongle for about 6 months now – and I can’t tell you how many times a day the connection drops out on a daily basis. Yesterday for example – probably 8 – 10 times. Using a dongle is my only broadband option as my home is not serviced by ADSL. I also travel a lot on business and use the dongle in many cities – but the connection dropout rate continues to be high even in the metropolitan locations. Very frustrating indeed.
