“We live in an age of high-speed technology that has eliminated the tyranny of distance that has beleaguered South Australia for 150 years,” he said.

“The fact that we have not taken it up as well as other parts of Australia is disappointing and shows the need for an upskilling of our population.

The ABS study reveals 25 per cent of SA homes do not have access to a computer, compared to the national average of 22 per cent.
